Attendee Hours: Early Admission 8-9am and General Admission 9am-3pm
Vendor Set-up: 4-9PM on Friday and 6-8AM on Saturday. Vendors must be set up by 8AM on Saturday.

Vendor Terms
This Vendor Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into by and between Western Ohio Toy Show Management (“Show Management”) and the reserving and electronically signing vendor (“Vendor”). By signing this Contract, the Vendor agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Check-In Requirements
Vendors must check in no later than 7:50 AM on Saturday of the event.
Failure to check in by this time will result in the cancellation of the Vendor’s space, table, and chair reservation without refund.
2. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted and approved by Show Management no later than 7 days before the event. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of any refunds or credit.
3. Stewardship of Space
Vendors must maintain their space in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.
Vendors are responsible for the removal of all debris, trash, or any items left behind in their space.
Vendors must ensure that noise levels are kept to a reasonable volume and does not interfere with neighboring vendors or the overall event experience.
4. Food Vendors
All food vendors must obtain prior written approval from Show Management before participating in the event.
5. Tables and Chairs
Vendors are required to reserve the necessary number of tables and chairs for their spaces prior to the show. Show Management will not guarantee the availability of tables and chairs if they are not reserved in advance.
6. Right of Refusal or Expulsion
Show Management reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any Vendor or attendee at their sole discretion. Such actions may be taken without a refund.
Cancelled spaces will be offered to neighboring vendors for a fee of $20 per space including tables and chairs currently placed in the cancelled space.
7. Pay-at-the-Door Reservations
Vendors who reserve their space using the “pay-at-the-door” function agree to the same terms and conditions as vendors who pre-pay.
By using this reservation method, Vendors enter into a binding agreement to pay for their space, tables, and chairs regardless of attendance.
Payment will be due at the beginning of the show. Failure to attend does not exempt the Vendor from payment obligations.
In the case of non-payment and non-communication from the Vendor, an invoice requiring payment shall be sent to the Vendor’s mailing address on file. Payment will be due within fifteen (15) days after the show date.
8. Liability
Show Management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by Vendors, their employees, or their property during the event.
Vendors assume full responsibility for any damages caused by their actions or products.
9. Compliance
Vendors must comply with all local laws, regulations, and event-specific rules as communicated by Show Management.
